MEET MARCEL MARIANO
Retirement Decisions Are Personal. The Guidance Should Be Too.
Retirement isn't just about account balances, investment returns, or choosing financial products.
It's about the life you've worked to build, the people who depend on you, and the decisions that can shape your financial future.
I'm Marcel Mariano. My approach begins with education—helping people understand their options, recognize the tradeoffs, and ask better questions before making important retirement decisions.

You Should Understand Your Options Before You Make a Decision.
EDUCATION FIRST. STRATEGIES SECOND. YOUR FUTURE ALWAYS.
Experience That Shapes How I Approach Retirement
My career has been built on a foundation of diverse experience across financial services, real estate, mortgage-related work, and business development.
Over the years, I've worked in roles connected to the mortgage and financial-services industries, spent time focused on retirement education and planning concepts, and gained experience in real estate and business development.
I've also passed the Series 65 examination and hold a Florida 2-15 life, health, and variable annuity insurance license.
This varied background has reinforced something important: most financial decisions don't live in isolation. They often involve more than one account, investment, or product—and they can affect both your day-to-day life and your long-term plans. My goal is to help people see the bigger picture so they can make more informed retirement decisions.
Why This Work Matters to Me
I believe retirement planning is about more than numbers on a statement. It's about the people we care about, the experiences we hope to enjoy, and the peace of mind that comes from understanding our choices.
I've seen how financial uncertainty can weigh on families. My goal is to make complicated retirement decisions easier to understand, so people can approach their next chapter with greater clarity and confidence.
Retirement Planning Looks Different for Everyone.
Different careers. Different accounts. Different goals.
APPROACHING RETIREMENT
People who have spent decades saving and want to understand whether they're financially prepared to stop working.
ALREADY RETIRED
Retirees who want to better understand their income sources, withdrawals, taxes, investment risks, and long-term financial decisions.
FEDERAL & PUBLIC EMPLOYEES
People navigating retirement systems and accounts such as FERS, TSP, 403(b), 457 plans, FRS, and DROP, as applicable.
FAMILIES PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE
Couples and individuals concerned about retirement income, a surviving spouse, long-term care, beneficiaries, and leaving a meaningful legacy.
No two retirement situations are exactly alike. Your decisions shouldn't be based on someone else's financial picture.
A Better Retirement Conversation Starts With Better Questions.
01
UNDERSTAND YOUR SITUATION
We begin with your goals, questions, concerns, existing retirement resources, and what you want retirement to look like.
02
EXPLORE YOUR OPTIONS
We discuss relevant retirement considerations, potential approaches, and the tradeoffs that may deserve further analysis.
03
IDENTIFY YOUR NEXT STEPS
We determine what additional information or analysis may be helpful before you make major decisions.
The first conversation isn't about choosing a product. It's about understanding where you are and what deserves attention.

Retirement Is About More Than Money.
Financial security matters. But so does having time with family, enjoying the life you've worked for, and knowing that the people you love have been considered in your plans.
For some people, retirement means travel and freedom.
For others, it means more time with children and grandchildren, supporting a spouse, or leaving something meaningful behind.
The purpose of retirement planning isn't simply to accumulate the largest possible account balance.
It's to help you make informed decisions about how your financial resources may support the life you want.
YOUR RETIREMENT. YOUR QUESTIONS. YOUR CHOICES.
You Don't Need to Have All the Answers Before We Talk.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• A conversation about your retirement goals and concerns.
• A discussion of the retirement decisions most relevant to your situation.

Start With Education.
If you're still exploring your options, that's perfectly fine.
Start with the retirement questions that matter most to you.
UNDERSTAND MORE. WORRY LESS. RETIRE BETTER.
Retirement planning shouldn't begin with a product pitch.
It should begin with your questions, your goals, and a better understanding of your choices.
